A perennial holiday classic brought to you by the Civic Orchestra! Hundreds of audience member voices join together as a choir inside the beautiful Alix Goolden Hall for our 20th sing-along rendition of Handel’s most famous oratorio, led by Music Director, Brian Wismath. For a fresh take, we’ll be redefining the gender implications of the baroque era by flipping solos (i.e. soprano will sing tenor solos and vice versa).
Featuring the incredible vocal talents of:
Jennifer Turner, soprano (singing tenor solos)
Kiiri Michelsen, mezzo (singing bass solos)
Maximillian Jansen, tenor (singing soprano solos)
Nathan McDonald, baritone (singing alto solos)
And YOU, the Audience, as the Chorus!
