Heather Bowness

A classically trained violinist, Heather plays a wide variety of music including classical, fiddle, folk music and more. She has played violin with numerous organizations in Victoria, including the Canadian College of Performing Arts, Victoria Operatic Society, Victoria Philharmonic Choir, Bach on the Rocks and the Brentwood College.

She has also worked and recorded with indie folk bands, an electronic music artist and was even in a Hallmark film. She provides music for weddings, receptions, events, and corporate events.

Heather also teaches violin. All ages and abilities are welcome. As an experienced violin teacher, she provides a platform for developing each students' innate musical abilities. She strongly believes that anyone can learn to play the violin.
